appointment problem in TLScontact for UK Visitor Visa

I filled out an application form for a Standard Visitor Visa for the UK including information about myself, my husband, and my children. (I suppose that one application form for the whole family is enough)

However, I am not sure how I can make an appointment!
1) Should I select a Flexi time because I have a family?
2) Should I make an appointment for each member of the family? and how? because I am redirected to TLScontact from my application form directly.
