Ex sister-in-law as referee? Relative?

Hi guys, I’m applying for BC and in need of two referees.

My ex sister-in-law is a nurse, I’m right thinking she wouldn’t be considered my relative?

Agree - if she's an "ex" sister-in-law, no longer related through marriage.
