Its been 12 weeks now I’ve called them and they are saying your application is still in process.
Can you please anyone tell me what els i can do like “ any email address or any platform where i can go and compliant”.

Hi,

I'm basically in the same situation and have been waiting longer than you. If it has been more than 10 weeks since the HMPO received your documents, they will update your online application with an email address to request an expedited service. They will then contact you within 48 hours to discuss this.

However, you'll need to provide proof of travel within 2 weeks of when your application has gone over the 10 weeks period, such as a flight ticket. In my case, I bought the cheapest ticket I could find to push my case futher and have attached it in the email. I have also emailed my MP and he has confirmed that he has contacted them and will get back to me when they respond.

Please bear in mind that this will only work if you have proof of travel within 2 weeks, and only if your application has updated after 10 weeks as many think that it's 10 weeks from the submission date, but it's actually 10 weeks from when HMPO have received your documents.

As for complaining, you can send them a letter or fill a form on the gov website.

Not sure if any of this will work but worth a try.

Good luck.
