Hi
My wife has had ILR for over 10 years. She is now applying for a BRP and has an appointment to go for biometrics to be scanned at UKVCAS. We also need to upload supporting documents on the UKVCAS website.
There are 2 types of mandatory documents to be uploaded:
Proof of identity: here we will use her passports and driving licence.
Proof of residency covering the period since she was granted ILR: we have various bills/bank statements/payslips etc covering each of the years since she was granted ILR. Also have a letter from her employer conforming she has been employed full time since 2008. In addition to this, a GP letter confirming she has been a patient since 2004. In addition to this I was going to upload a schedule showing that she has not be absent from the UK for a period of more than 2 years - this can also be verified by the stamps in her passport.
Would the above be sufficient for proof of residency?
Grateful for input and any general advice.
Many thanks.
