Referee for a child visa

Hi, I’m applying for my daughter’s naturalisation. She was born in the UK and she is 2 years and 4 months now. I just received my ILR.

I’m filling an online application.

I’m struggling to find guidance in regards to the referees.

In the online form it says the referee should have known the applicant for the last 3 years. She is only 2 years. So where I can see guidance when the applicant is a child, who is less than 3 years? Or this apply for me as the father in case of a child like this ?

Also I see in the checklist ; there are reference letters to be submitted as well, where is this template that the referees can fill and sign ? I cannot see it.

It's a general requirement, but they're not fussy about kids. Any referee would do. Doesn't even have to know the kid at all.
