Referee who has professional standing.

Hi there,

I'm struggling to find a referee that is part of one of the listed professions, and I wanted to ask about one of them. It says "manager or Personnel officer (of a limited company)".

Would a Recruitment manager be valid here? I also know an HR Manager.

What do you consider a manager or personnel officer here?

Let me know your thoughts.

HR Manager would be appropriate in my view.
