PBS dependent ILR

Post by azminak » Sat Jul 30, 2022 12:20 pm

hi
i am applying for my PBS dependent leave to remain as my husband had been granted ilr on his tier 2 visa in 2019.
i have a similar doubt
in the first section it asks under what category did my husband have his visa . i have selected tier 2 general visa ...then its asks for VAF number ....
"VAF number - this can be found on your partner's entry visa sticker"...
he didnt hv a visa sticker it was a BRP card directly ....
what should i answer here ??

No need to enter a VAF number. You partner also is not part of the application so answer No to the public funds question
