2 h1b applications

Post by bugmaster » Wed Sep 15, 2004 7:53 am

Do anyone knows if it is a problem when two h1b applications are submitted from two different companies for one person?
Thanks

I was reading the 655 text only a couple of days ago and while I only glanced at it I am almost certain that it said that there was no problem with 2 different applications as in theory the H1B visa can be for a part time job. However I did not notice whether you have to apply for them both at the same time or whether you have to get one then apply for the other. (Cant see how it would make any difference though)

Regards

Multiple H1B applications not an issue - after all its more money for USCIS. Naturally you would only be able to really take on 1 role since it would be a challenge to maintain the H1B employment conditions for both roles.
