Family Declaration Form

Hi, I am applying for ILR (form setO). Currently holding tier 2 dependant visa and my husband is now British Citizen - settled. I have to submit the Family Declaration Form which consists of 3 parts.
My question is :
Part 1 to be signed by me only?
Part 2 to be signed by husband as bills in joint names?
Part 3 do I need to sign?

Part one singed by you, part tow signed by your partner and ignore part 3
