Messed up by a potential employer with CoS/Tier 2. I'm desperate. PLEASE help.

Hello everyone,
First of all thank you for taking the time to read this. I never thought I would in this position. I'm confused, angry and desperate, all at the same time.
I have a visa from August 2021 to August 2024, tier 2 as a skilled worker. Working for NHS as a doctor.
I have served notice in 3rd May 2022, and resigned from my current job which I stopped working for yesterday on (3rd August), based on the promise and a official signed contract by a potential employer to grant me a CoS. After 6 months of endless emails and chasing, the employer (xxxxxx UK) still haven't given me a CoS 6 months after I signed the contract.I know I shouldn't have quit before I got a CoS, but I did it since the company usually issues CoS regularly to doctors before.
Not suspecting this would happen, I had made some financial commitments. It's not possible for me to work for my primary sponsor anymore because of geographical location. But I have worked in a second job as supplementary work with a different employer.
Currently, I still haven't received a curtailment letter. I have checked "the right to work" online and it's showing until august 2024, as of writing.

1) When would I be expected to leave? Is it 60 days from 3rd of August or 60 days from the receipt of my curtailment letter?

2) Under my tier 2 visa, I am normally allowed to work for 20hours/week in a supplementary (Locum) in the second job. To my understanding, the limit to this number of hours is removed for doctors due to covid. Given the circumstances, to support myself financially, am I allowed to work for the second job? Would it have any implications on my future ILR applications?

3) My partner is willing to engage in a civil partnership, and we would be able to sign the papers and apply for the spouse visa by mid November 2022. If I don't receive a curtailment letter/my curtailment period extends beyond mid November, can I immediately switch to spouse visa then?

Thanks again guys. I really appreciate any input.

This case might be too specific for people to offer anything certain. No need to bump it.

My speculations:
1) 60 days form the letter:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... ission.pdf
Cancellation: points-based system: 60 days permission
remaining
You must consider cancelling permission to 60 days if an individual granted on a
points-based system (PBS) route has ceased work or study, unless you decide it is
appropriate to cancel permission with immediate effect (for one or more of the
reasons set out above) or to a different date.
Nothing to offer for other things, unfortunately.
