Enter whatever is asked on the form. DO NOT make assumptions. If they are asking for the license number, then enter that :!:

Re: ILR SET (O) Biometrics appointment

Post by Taniakerbi » Sat Aug 06, 2022 10:43 am

Dear all,
I first want to thank you for your help i am grateful for your support
I have one more question if i may!
My husband and i have submitted our ILR tier 2 and PBS dependent application and once on the appointment step, the nearest available standard date is from the 2nd of September for both ( free and with fees appointment) so we booked the free one for the 2nd of sep.

My QUESTION is: if we cancel to rebook another free appointment (which are released everyday at 9am) , is there any chance to find an appointment on ANY DATE BEFORE the 2nd of September or there will be available dates ONLY AFTER the 2nd of September?
Just to clarify: I know there is no guaranty to find appointments that suit us.
Thanks in advance

Appointment booking is based on what the third-party company UKVCAS offers. It all depends on them so it is not an immigration issue

Uploading documents ILR tier2 and dependent

Post by Taniakerbi » Sun Aug 07, 2022 4:23 pm

Dear all,

I have one more question and i hope it will be the last one!

Its regarding the documentary evidence of cohabitation

Should we upload them in the main applicant section or the PBS dependent section or in both of them ?

Many thanks

Any answer please!!

Also, when going through the checklist, i was really confused because they are asking for:

1: Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr xx for joint accounts or
third party support (we already uploaded it)

2: Declaration signed by Mr xx to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification
checks!!!!!!!!!

ARE THEY THE SAME THING ?

Thank you in advance

Dear Zimba,

thank you for your response, i really appreciate your support

Regarding consent form part 3, we will leave it blank because there are only 2 applicants and no 3rd party is involved. Am i wrong!

so if i understood well,

we will need 2 consent forms:

1st consent form: part 1 should be signed by the main applicant (tier 2 general) and then I should sign part 2 ( as a PBS dependent)

2nd consent form: part 1 have to be signed by me ( PBS dependent) and part 2 will be signed by the main applicant

and regarding the declaration that has to be signed by mr xx to consent to HO verification Checkes, it is the same as consent form

AM I CORRECT ?!

Please confirm because i am just waiting for your response before i finally submit my documents

Dear all,
Sorry to bother you again!

We were about to submit our documents and my husband told me that i should sign part 3 as well because i completely depend on him financially. now i am more than confused :(

i tough, part 3 has to be signed only by a 3rd party !!!(and in our case there are only 2 applicants and no one else is giving us financial support or sharing bank account...!!) we have one joint bank account ( husband and i) and i have one bank account under my name.

Any clarification please!!!
