Documents delivery after the passport delivery - change of address

I received my passport dated 07-aug 2022 (2 days ago). my original documents suppose to arrive soon. we just moved home and we are no more living in a home where I received my passport 2 days ago. i haven't received a sms from TNT for document delivery so far.
how can I divert my address to a new address for document delivery? same i dont want to take any risk of document delivery delay.
I can stay one whole day waiting there if I am sure the certain date of documents delivery. does TNT sending delivery notification SMS prior to arranging document delivery? i can see he is sending the SMS notification upon passport delivery but he did not send SMS upon document delivery. is it correct?
please i am worried about my documents. please guide me what should i do.

Hi,

Are you in touch with the new tenants or with the landlord/owner? You could coordinate with them to get your parcel if there is still someone at the property. This could be significantly easier than rerouting your parcel.

You probably wouldn't get any notifications before or after. You're better off introducing yourself to the new tenants or addressing the issue with your previous landlord, either of them could give you a call when your documents arrive.

They (TNT) just drop it in the letter box and disappear.

Both suggestion look logical… but unfortunately there are no new tenet take over that property and landlord put this property for sale. And i have decided to take following two actions.
1- put one notice on the door to deliver my docs to neibour house.
2- i have understand that if we put post code and application number (not tnt ref no) on TNT tracking and check the daily status at morning between 9-10am, we can know the status if today is docs delivery. Then we have to wait at property for delivery driver to receive docs.
