Hello,
I have an indefinite leave to remain after EEA FAMILY PERMIT route and I will apply for my citizenship end of this year.
I did my EEA FAMILY PERMIT and the indefinite leave to remain with my Egyptian passport.
Can I apply for the British citizen ship with my Hungarian passport which i just received 2 weeks ago as my Egyptian passport isn't with me. I have sent the Egyptian passport to my family in Egypt to do some governmental documents.

You don't need the physical passport for your application. All you need is a scanned copy of the passport. You would need to finish up on your Egyptian passport.
It most likely has your travel history on it as well.

FYI, both passports would be needed for your British passport application if all goes well.

I applied for my daughter last year and they requested her physical passport and other physical documents mate

You do NOT need to send your passport for the naturalisation application.
You do need to send your passport for the British passport application.
