ILR on grounds of medical condition

Post by sdfrm1988 » Fri Aug 19, 2022 1:28 pm

Good Afternoon,

I have been in the UK for over 5+ years (*completed by 5 years stay Sep 2021) on PBS dependent leave to remain visa.

I also recently had a baby boy who is now 9 months old. Since I don't have immediate family in the UK apart from my husband I chose to give birth to my son in India. Post pregnancy due to Amemia (*medical condition) and COVID scenario I couldn't travel to the UK on time hence my ILR requirement of not staying outside the UK for more than 180 days has been breached.

So my question now is, is there any way I can apply for ILR on medical terms?
