HSMP - HELP & GUIDENCE NEEDED - URGENTLY

I am on WP sponsered by my company and I am in uk since Sept 2006 without a Gap of more than 90 days ( i was offshore for March 08 and April 08.

I tried assessing myself on the online points calculator. Following is the out come -

1. Age - 0 Points ( As I am 33 yrs old)
2. Qualification - Bachelor in Arts ( Social Science) - 30 Points
3. Claim UK experience since have been in UK for 2 yrs - 5 Points
4. Earnings -
My actual package by my india company is 10,65,000 PA
Wile in UK My earning in india is INR 30K permonth which is my basic
My earning in UK as allowance is 21700 GBP
Tax certificate form P45 till mar 08 shows 3641 GBP tax paid
Also I have P60 for previous year income.
I need to score atleast 40-45 points here

You need to work out your earning on your own.

Total Earning in UK ( GBP) = UK Allowances ( GBP) + Indian Salary (GBP)

No uplift can be applied to salary received in India while working in UK.

Allowances should be backed by a salary slip.
