New Entrant Option - Graduate Leave to Remain

Post by 9elizabeth » Tue Aug 23, 2022 12:04 pm

Hello,
Let me give you a situation here that I am facing:
I have a guy whom I am looking to sponsor. He is currently on "Graduate Leave To Remain" visa whom I am going to sponsor. His visa expires in March 2023. He has done Masters degree in required field and his degree is very relevant to the job requirement.
His age is 35 years.
Will he be treated as New Entrant and should I check the box of New Entrant on the Cos form?
Your help is highly appreciated.
