referees signature on declaration form

Hi All
when do we have to get the signatures of referees on declaration form - is it before the date the online mnform1 is submitted or is it after the date of submission of online application. I have not submitted the application yet but have the signed referees forms so wondering can I use them or do I need to get them signed again once I submit the application.

Either before or after the application date is no issue - if before the date then perhaps not earlier than a few weeks. There's no definite guidance on this, except you have to have the referee declarations.
