Naturalisation - Application Question

Hi
I am in the process of applying for Naturalization after 5 years route of ILR.
My ILR was issued in 2019.

I have few questions before I submit my application:
a) To prove my English qualification, can I use my IELTS certificate (dated 2013) for this application. I had used the same for ILR application.

b) Proof of Living in the UK for last 5 years - do I need to submit any other documents apart from my passport for this.

c) Are these the only documents required :
Passport(s) including stamps covering 5 years qualifying period.

If you are non-EU national and have had stamps on the passport, you don't need anything else.

Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English? Yes
Tell us the previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain you had Indefinite Leave to Remain

Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013? Yes

Do you have a degree that was taught in English? No

Have you passed an approved English language test?Yes
Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher?Yes
How did you get your result?Certificate

The bit that confuses me is that my degree in India was taught in English. And I also have done the NARIC to confirm the degree is equivalent to the UK.
But, the I am being asked to say No to get the correct options.

If I say yes, the next question is :
Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa? ----> Not sure what I should say here.

It's just the way the system works. If you want to use your degree with NARIC, you go with YES.
But if you want to use your B1, then you have to go with NO.

It was entirely up to you.

Hi There,
One question before I submit my application.
It is regarding the consent form. Since I am mentioning my partner under my Current Partner details in the application, should I ask him to sign PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information as well.
Please note that, I am attaching my marriage certificate as well under Life Events.
