Dependent of Tier1 migrant gen application form resubmission

Post by ejaz2g » Wed Nov 19, 2008 9:48 pm

Hello Friends & Members,

I am living and working in the UK from past few years and my current status is Tier1 migrant general with HSMP Approval letter(Applicant b4 28 Feb 2008). Recently I have applied for me wife(Currently living in Pakistan) as dependent of Tier 1 migrant general with HSMP Approval letter and submitted the £200 (30,000 PK Rs) fee as per Gerry's website fee information. (http://www.ukvacpk.com/visafees.aspx)

The home office send my wife application back to Gerry's office without processing and attached a letter explaining that the category in which she has submitted her application is wrong and she has to resubmit the form with £600 fee currently for Tier1 migrant general. They even didn't return the bank demand draft she has submitted with her application and kept the 30,000 Rs and asked for the full fee submission i.e. 82,800 Rs along with the application form at any VAC office. I am not sure what do I need to do with the fee. Shall I pay additional 52,800 Rs or 82,800 Rs?

My second query is regarding the TB Screening. My wife TB certificate got expired on 15th nov 2008. She has received the documents back from the BHC islamabad today along with a ref no and soon she will resubmit the docs but I am not clear that does she need to go to the TB Center and redo the TB Screening or her previous certificate is acceptable.
Your help regarding queries above will be highly appreciated. Please reply if some one has any idea about the procedure.

Best Regards
Mohammad
