I have recently applied for Tier 1 ent ext and will be going for UKVCAS appointment on 15 Sep.

1) One of my employee is refugee but have the residence permit showing "Indefinite leave to remain", date of issue 13/05/2022, valid upto 31/12/2024

So, he will be considered as Settled worker or not?

Just payslips and RTI

Payslips are on monthly basis so there is no information regarding the working hours, so it will be fine as I read in some post here that it's important to show the working hours etc as well.

Working hours is important.

But that is information you provide in the application form - it asks for hourly rate, which HO uses to calculate the working hours.
