PSW Dependent Maintenance Funds ??? (Plz Help)

Hi,
I'm Salman and i am newly married. I got my PSW visa couple of days ago. Now i want to apply for my wife's dependent visa she is in pakistan. I was checking the UKBA website and few things are quite confusing there.

1. I'm in UK from last 4 years as a student. but now i recieved my PSW, is that means that i have to show only £533 or £1600 in my account for my wife's visa? Bcoz it says there that if you are in Uk for last 1 year, but i was gone to Pakistan (my home country) in july 2008 and i came back in october. so now i'm confused that in which category I fall in.

2. On UKBA website it says that the funds should be available in the account from last three months. But as i said i wasn't here. so when i came back to uk i started maintening my bank statement which was begining of october and by that time i have sufficient amount in my account. Plz tell me is it really necessary to keep money for three months bcoz it will be too late if i wait for three months just bcoz of bank statement.

3. Plz also let me know what documents i have to provide about the accomodation. i am renting a flat now, PLZ tel me what documents i need from my land lord.

I will Appriciate if you guys help me in this matter as i am really worried about her visa.
