need d forum's help

i am currently outside ireland and my girlfriend is in ireland.we are planning to get marry in our country meanwhile she is having stamp 4 at d moment on her passort not red passport.i have never travel out of my country and she has never come back home for about 6 to 7 years ago but we do communicate on phone.my fear now is how possible will it be for her to come back home and get marry so that i can join her because she is studying and working at the sametime and she is not finding things easy with her,though,she had finished her first degree and she is doing her masters now.her red passport will be available in the next 28months as she was told.pls advice me on how to go about this.what i meant by red passort is irish passport.i will always count on u guys so pls say something.thanks

Is she on a student visa? If so, how does she qualify for naturalisation as an Irish citizen? What country/countries are you both from?

OP, your wife is on Stamp 4, so is an LTR - correct? You say that her Irish passport will be available in 28 months. Things happen slowly in Ireland, I'll give you that. But even passports don't take 28 months to issue.

What I think you mean, is that she's currently a Long Term Resident (Stamp 4), and has applied for citizenship. Right? Her citizenship application should be processed in 28 months from now, and only then can she apply for an Irish passport. Is that what's you're saying, OP?
