Does the 90 day rule apply submitting app?

Post by manchesterunited1 » Mon Sep 12, 2022 5:07 pm

Hello,

I am due to submit my application this month.

Does the rule of being present in the country for 90 days out of the last 365 days also apply after you have submitted your application and while it is being processed? For example, if I submit my application and travel (which I know is is allowed) for a month, while it is being processed, would that month be added to my count of days in the last 365 days?

Thank you!

No - only travel up to the application date - any travel after that date is not relevant. All periods are counted back from the application date.
