Hello experts
I would be grateful if I could please ask you for your thoughts on the earliest when we could apply and submit our ILR application. The relevant dates are as follows:
1. Date for decision of the letter which states "your application for a UK Visa has been successful" - 19 December 2017
2. BRP issue date - 25 December 2017
3. UK Visa vignette issue date - 08 January 2018
4. Date of entry in the UK - 18 January 2018
Are we correct in assuming that we can submit our application from 21 November 2022 (being 28 days from 19 December 2022) or will it be from the date of issue of BRP?
Thank you

Thank you for your response.
Please accept my apologies but I think I read a post elsewhere where it was stated that the relevant date would be the date of arrival as opposed to the date of BRP or the date of confirmation letter. I am sorry if I have misunderstood this but just wanted to confirm. Best wishes

No, there are other routes that the date of arrival is used but not for your route

Hello
I would be grateful for some thoughts on this. I am currently in the middle of making our application for ILR and in the Set(O) application form, I have to address the following questions:
1. Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
2. Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
I entered the UK on 18 Jan 2018. My first leave was granted (per first BRP) was in December 2017 for 3 years and this was renewed in Feb 2021 (per second BRP).
I am assuming the answers to both questions would be 'Yes'. Does this mean I should include all my leaves outside the UK in the form since my date of entry in 18 Jan 2018?
Thank you

Hello
My wife is on a Skilled Worker visa and we are currently making an application for ILR. She is currently on maternity leave but will have joined back when we submit the application.
In the application form, there is a question:
Are you on maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave?
Since she will have completed her maternity leave by the time we submit the application, do we have to still give details of the maternity leave or should the answer to this would simply be a 'No'?
Thank you

Hello
We are currently filling our ILR application and would be grateful for some help here. In the documents checklist, we have been asked to provide the following:
"If you have added a spouse or civil partner to this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse."
May I please ask what this evidence might be? Can I provide copies of Council Tax invoice issued in our names jointly or do I need to look for other evidence to support this?
Thank you

You can use council tax bills, others suxhs as from HMRC, NHS, DVLA etc. They should be from at least 3 different sources spread over the required period at intervals of 3-4months. 6 if in joint names or 6each if in individual names.

Thank you for your response. I wasn’t aware that all questions were to be posted in one thread. I understand these have now been brought together under one topic. I would be grateful if someone could help me with this question please. Thanks so very much in advance!

Include all your leaves outside the UK from the time of your initial grant to leave to enter the UK. Qualifying periods.
Thank you
And would be grateful for response to this too.

Clearly she wouldn't be at the time so no. You can add your other concerns in a cover letter if you please.
Since she will have completed her maternity leave by the time we submit the application, do we have to still give details of the maternity leave or should the answer to this would simply be a 'No'?
