1)
Can my spouse apply for Naturalisation now ?
( i'm recently naturalised and yet to receive my Certificate or Naturalisation #). She has completed 3+ years in UK.
2) Can i travel on my Indian passport (now Naturalised and doesn't have British passport ), if an immediate travel is warranted ? What are the rules around this space ?
Much appreciated for some kind of direction.

Using your numbering :-
- That does not make sense, If you have yet to receive your Certificate of Naturalisation at a Citizenship Ceremony then you are not yet British! So have you received your certificate, or not?
- Until you receive your Certificate of Naturalisation you are not British, and therefore perfectly entitled to use your Indian passport. However my understanding is that as soon as you are British you lose your Indian citizenship, and thus should not use your Indian passport. But others will have more experience of this, and hopefully will post below.
Do note that once you receive your "application successful" letter you have only three months to attend a Citizenship Ceremony ... otherwise the offer of Citizenship lapses and you will need to make a new application.

I'll be receiving my certificate next week.

OK, good, so you have your Citizenship Ceremony next week ..... enjoy!
Can my spouse apply for Naturalisation now ?
Clearly the answer about "now" must be no, you are not yet British! However if the question was "Can my spouse apply for Naturalisation after I have attended my Citizenship Ceremony?" then the answer is .... maybe! You tell us that she has been in the UK for more than 3 years, but you do not tell us about her UK immigration status? Does she already have ILR? Or if not, on what basis is she in the UK?

But that doesn't really indicate that she has been in the UK for at least three years?? When did she first enter the UK (as your dependant)?

Sakura, in the opening message of this topic we are told "She has completed 3+ years in UK.".
TinTinTin, based upon what you have posted, your wife can apply for her Naturalisation as soon as she is married to a British Citizen .... next week!
Just ensure that when she applies that she was physically in the UK exactly 3 years before UKBA will receive the Naturalisation application. In other words, do look out for the dates of holidays etc outside the UK.

Just a small personal observation, when my wife applied for her naturalization, the NCS lady requested both my passport and naturalization certificate. When I inquired if only my naturalization certificate should suffice, she replied its better to send both.
Technically it should be ok just with your naturalization certificate but just to be on the safe side, why not get a british passport before you send you wife's application if you can wait another six weeks or so.
