Hi All,
Another question about the SET(O) application including Tier 2 , Dependent Spouse and Dependent Child,
1-Are the Declaration Form and Family Consent form same documents? I thought I ticked the declaration before completing the application already.
2-For the Consent form, I think I have to submit 2 forms - 1 for myself, part 1 signed by me and part 2 by spouse and another form for my spouse, part 1 signed by her and part 2 by me. Leave part 3 empty. Is it correct? Even Part 3 if not relevant, write Not Applicable and submit it also. An applicant was reached to provide it.....further delaying decision on their application.
3-Do I need to sign another consent form for the dependent child? i.e. part 1 only and leave part 2 and 3 empty? Do not leave any empty, if not Applicable wite same and submit.

Thanks in advance
Thanks AmazonianX

So there is one consent form only consist of 3 parts and the decleration that document list mentions is same as the consent form.

And you also recommend adding another consent form for the 8 year old child (I’ll sign it on behalf of him).

Re: Police Registration form missing passport renewal

Post by AedanP » Thu Sep 15, 2022 6:29 pm

Hi again All,

I'm scanning my documents to upload for my application and I have just noticed that I forgot to inform the passport change last year and did not get this added to our police registration certificates.

I know it is too late, it should have been within 8 days but I totally forgot this.

I have just tried to get appointment but Police web page says "As of 4 August 2022, foreign nationals are no longer required to register with the police as an overseas visitor." Hence I cannot get appointment. However, UKVI applications asks for police registration as mandatory document.

Should I just proceed with the document I have, or go to Police Station tomorrow to get my new passport number added to the certificate. Even I do so, probably they will not do this now as the rules change. I don't know what to do. Is there anyone else did the same mistake before? What do you recommend?

Update on this for everyone - I went to station without appointment as I could not get appointment. Officers did not update endorsement on the Registration Certificate as the Scheme has been suspended and they could not do it as well to make it backward compatible. Therefore I submitted my Police reg cert as it is, missing my latest passport change prior to the cease of this scheme. We'll see what happens.

Can any of the experts advise on this please?

I'm the main applicant and have dependent spouse and dependent child with my application. My spouse also signed and added another consent form. My question is for the child.

I signed another consent form for my dependent child (8 years old) and submitted. I noted down "Not Applicable" for the part 2 and part 3. I only signed part 1 on behalf of my child and submitted with my application. Should I get mother's signature on that form next to my signature as well or one parent is enough?

I already submitted documents but I haven't gone to biometrics yet so I think I can still upload another file if required.
