Documents Required for Accomodation Proof

Can any one please share WHAT DOCUMENTS are required to proof that you have Accomodation available in different cities of UK.

I am thinking to wrtie a cover letter for this where i will mention contact number and complete address of the people who knows me and are ready for provide me accomodation..

I may write address of 5 to 6 people with their contact number so that they can verifiy from them...

Seniors plz share your experience/knowledge.

may i know for what kind of UK visa you are applying for. I guess, for Tier 1 general migrant...you don't need any accomodation proof.

Yes you are rite i will be applying for Tier-1 General although it is not require but it is good and an additional to your application ...

Please guide me how to prepare accomodation folder...

I talked to VAC Karachi yesterday for appointment.. They said

"WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR FILE WITHOUT ACCOMODATION PROOF DOCUMENTS"

They further said

"YOU NEED TO PROVIDE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO SHOW THAT YOU HAVE ACCOMODATION IN UK

1.LETTER
2.RENT AGREEMENT COPY
3.COPY OF PASSPORT

I DO NOT KNOW ANY ONE IN UK...Plz tell me what are other way to complete this requirement
