I've got e-mails from VFS confirming a decision has been made for my visa application and that VFS will be sending out my passport via courier but I've had no decision letter. Is this normal
It seems rather strange. It should be nice to know so I can therefore book flights etc rather than waiting the up to 10 days it can take for the passport to arrive back 
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Not sure to take it it as a good sign or not?
