Citizenship Application Query

Hello, all, my citizenship application has reached 6 months, and I am trying to figure out what is going on.

My application is 5 years T2 +1.5 years LRI, and no offence for good character

The things I tried:
1. called the number this forums provided, unfortunately the automatic voice said the number has been changed (non of them is working atm)
2. called the number provided by uk.gov, 0300 790 6268, while the escalate function says cannot escalate any application atm and bye, and then use the other choice to get agent who said they cannot access the any applications atm.
3. write to FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk which gets automatic respond say they will respond within 20 working days.

would you please suggest any other method to check the application? or is there somethings happening at home office?

Applications are backlogged, many people are experiencing long waiting times. You can try contacting your local MP and ask them to escalate.
