Just to know if I can apply for citizenship or should I wait as I do not want to lose money

I was disqualified for driving drink drive in November 2015, and I had speeding ticket (3POINTS) on my license in June 2021.

Am I eligible under the good character or should I wait before applying?

If that's your only sin and you meet all other requirements, you're free to go ahead and apply. It's been almost 7 years and that is considered spent.

Make sure you declare it though.
