Student Visa

Post by RAJ2007 » Fri Nov 21, 2008 12:07 pm

Please advice on the situation.

Someone has finished her studies and waiting for the result. In the extension his visa ran out. He has applied for student visa extension. While application is HO, he got his result and passed. Now could he put another application (PSW) and ask HO to ignore the student visa application and consider the PSW application?

sponsorship letter for student visa

Post by florecita878 » Fri Nov 21, 2008 6:36 pm

My sponsor -who's going to provide me accommodation & food in the UK- has his bank statement addressed to him and his wife, Is it necessary that I present his wife's passport (biodata page) and other info about her? In the sponsorship letter does she have to sign as well? I've been told it should say she agrees her husband is gonna sponsor me. Help needed!!! Thanks.

florecita878,

I don't know the answer to your question. You have got a query not related to my one therefore you should put your question as a new topic. Don't put your question into someone else's topic. Like you did in this case. don't take it otherwise. just a advice.
