Where ever you want you can marry her. May be SA will be fine. Marry her in SA and apply for her visa in british embassy in SA.

If you get married in SA, she can then apply for a spouse visa (form VAF-4) to come and work in the UK.

Absolutely not! 4 seconds, yes, but actually that is an exaggeration!
Your choices are :-
- she applies in SA for a fiancée visa, then comes to the UK, the two of you get married in the UK, after which she applies in the UK for a spouse visa, or
- you fly to SA and the two of you get married there, after which she applies in SA for a spouse visa, and after that is granted, she flies to the UK

Hi Again . My GF phoned up a SA passport Centre asking for a Working or Fiancee Application form and The lady Told her she wont be able to get one or other as its difficult. Im really unsure if it is but im sure u guys will know.
So we going to let her fly over to uk on a 6 month holiday try work from this side if not ill fly back get married then ask for a Spouse form.
Or can i ask for a spouse form and send everything off b4 we get married to delay time ?
Thx again in advance

Two points! :-
- How can someone at the BHC possibly say a visa is difficult before seeing the application form and the supporting evidence?
- She does not need to phone for the form. It is downloadable over the internet. See below.
The required form, for either a fiancée visa or a spouse visa, is the VAF4. You can download that by going to
this webpage and then download the form VAF4 and the accompanying guidance notes.
Also look at this
VFS webpage which links to information about how to apply in SA.
