assessment for ILR

Hello

I am new to this forum , and applying settlement under hsmp category next month ,i have two queries

1. As i am applying on first week of dec my bank statement is of oct ,coz i get bank statemnt usually begining of every month . can i still take old one.

2... very important , i read on this forum about absences , bit worried my absences are 195 days , why there is contradicting views on absences , is it 180 or 225 .

please someone assess my case

Holidays 16 -04-2004 25-04-2004 ( 8 days paid)
hlidays 15_08_2004 to 20_08_2004(fully paid)


Please answer my queries i will be greatful.
