Hi

I applied for Visit visa for me mom which was rejected and I though PAP in which they finally gave the visa.

In the email received they stated Gerry’s Karachi will contact you to resubmit the passport.

Are they going to contact me or my solicitor and how long before they contact you to resubmit the passport for visa stamp.

If you have listed the contact details of solicitor on application or PAP process, it is the solicitor are who will get contacted as you approved them to act on your behalf.
There is delays on all process and it will be a lie to tell you when you will be contacted to resubmit passport.

My mom visa was approved via PAP as it was initially refused.

She was asked to submit the passport by UKVI to Karachi, Pakistan.

It has been almost a month since the submission and there still no updates from Gerry’s for passport collection.

Any idea how long does it take ?
Or anyone have idea who to contact for update as Gerry’s says they have dispatched the passport to Abu Dhabi and have no update.
