minor thumb impression OCI

I am having considerable difficulty getting the left thumb impression of my toddler for OCI
- tried while sleeping

Guess since it is mandatory whats the best kit recommended ? or is there some good technique. ..

people do seem to post that they undertand it is not going to be a great finger print .. but I wanted to be clear and sure

We got the fingerprint of our 7-month baby while they were sleeping. They accepted the application at VFS without any issues.
