unused visa another visitor visa after spending 6 months in the UK

Hi,

hope you all are well.

I applied for brother and sister-in-law for 6 months visa at the beginning of this year. Both were issued visas, but only my sister-in-law came as brother could not due to work.

sister-in-law who is a housewife has returned in August.

Now, I would like to apply for them again to visit us... is that too early ? any1 on this forum has issues with this?

also, is the fact that my brother did not use the visa even though he was issued with one - is any cause for concern?

TBH, the form only asks if you've been previously issued a UK visa. It doesn't care if you used it or not.
The UKVI has been paid for their services. If you used it or not doesn't bother them one bit.

Not using the visa would no impact your brother at all.

Also, not too early to apply for another visa. I know someone that applied for a 2 year visa before the expiry of his 6 months visa. The 2 years was issued to commence immediately after the expiry of the 6 months.
I thought at the time that the 6 months would be cancelled and new visa issued. But nah!!
