ILR - emergency travel

Post by Y11myy » Mon Oct 24, 2022 12:57 pm

Hi i am new to this forum and need some help please
I applied for my wifes ILR on 10/09/2022 and there was no priority service available at the time. This was fine at the time but now her mother is seriously ill and we need to travel is there anyway i can contact the home office or UKVI to get help for a quicker decision on compassionate grounds as it did mention this when i originally applied. Any bit of information will help a contact number or email address.
Thanks in advance

There is no official way or channel to expedite an application. You may try to contact UKVI on their numbers and try. Note that If an applicant leaves the UK while an application is still in process, the application will be considered withdrawn and they lose the application fee paid.
