Tier 1 application withdrawal

Post by yipee » Mon Nov 24, 2008 5:59 pm

Hi,

I had applied for tier 1 last week and due to some critical unforeseen circumstances I had no option but to travel. I have now faxed my withdrawal application and hopefully will get my passport in a day or two.

My question is, is there any way the fee can be refunded or perhaps reused when I re-submit my application (it was less than a week application was submitted)? I can show in which exceptional critical circumstances I had to travel.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately,
Section 1 - Specified application forms and procedures wrote:No refund of the specified fee will be appropriate where an application is withdrawn.
