Is entry visa passport required as a document?

Hi,

I am in the process of applying for British Citizenship as a current ILR holder.

I got caught speeding on 30mph road while doing 37 mph. I was offered to take National Speed Awareness course instead of paying the fine and points being deducted from my license.

Do I need to declare this on the application? if so, where I should declare this (under traffic offences, or in a separate cover letter, etc.)?

Has any of you had a similar situation and saw this impacting the application?

I have a Turkish passport and my passport have been stamped during every entry to the UK. I am wondering whether the passport would be enough on its own as proof of living in the UK or do I need to submit additional documents as well?

Most of the stamps are visible but some of the stamps are faded and the dates on some of them are not very clearly visible. Would this be a problem or does HO use their own record to check the applicant's travel history in the UK so that minor issue on the passport such as faded stamps wouldn't be an issue?

Passport covering the immigration period is enough as proof of living in the UK. All pages copied, scanned and uploaded.

Yes you need to declare it under traffic offences. As you took the course, if this is the only issue with the application, you will be fine.

I am now in the process of applying for British citizenship, and my current passport covers for the last 5 years. However, I wonder whether I would need to upload my old passport which had Tier-2 visa as a document to ukvcas.

Any thoughts?

The only passport required is normally the current if it covers the normal residency period, if not then the prior passport will also be needed. But bot every passport you ever held.
