UK eu family permit

My question is very simple. I live in Ireland with my Czech wife. I have visited uk two times and have had three times EU family permit. Each time for 6 months. Now last time when i applied i gave my fingerprints which says valid for 10 years. Now, i need to send my application again for this. I live far from british embassy in dublin. Can i send my application by post without having to go there.

plz help.
