Skilled Worker Visa Dependents Maintenance Funds

Post by chipaz » Tue Nov 22, 2022 7:34 pm

I'm currently in the process of filing for a dependent visa, however there is one thing about which I am unsure.

Has XXXX's sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance on their certificate of sponsorship? (Yes or No)

My COS specifies that the sponsor certifies maintenance (Tick to certify maintenance for migrant (and dependents, if applicable): Y),

I'm not sure if I should tick yes as they are at a different time than me.

As the COS is yes then you should be ticking YES as that the indication of sponsor certifying it.

What do you mean different time?
