Invitation letter for visitor visa i.e. Attestation d’accueil or verflichtungserlarung

I'm a dual national (Iranian and British) and my parents are applying for a standard visitor visa.

Is there some sort of official invitation letters ?

If one where applying for schengen visa they would get Attestation d accueil or verpflchtungserklarung

Are there any equivalent of this document ?

if you're asking if there's an official form issued by the government to be used as an invitation letter - no, there's none, you just write the text in Word/etc and send them to attach to their documents/attach it yourself if you're the one filling out the form.
