still cannt find my endorsement for visa anywhere.

Hi There, i still am not able to find out if this visa endorsement,
Settlement to join/acc partner[kol req] Hp mor,
enables me to apply within the 2 years or not as the endorsements were updated in july and now i cant find mine anywhere?
Any help would be appreciated.
