Naturalisation Application

Post by talreh20 » Fri Feb 10, 2023 2:49 pm

Dear Friends

I have come to know that for the Naturalisation application, the home office will now only be checking the records for the past 5 years and not 10. This is also visible in the application form as previously, they asked for 10 years of employment history and now they are only asking for current employer.

Therefore I would like to go ahead and submit my application. I have the following questions if you could kindly reply:

1- I'll provide them with the following:
- All pages scan of my expired and current passport
- ILR BRP
- Master's degree achieved from a UK university and has been used for all previous visa applications.
- Life in the UK test.
- Two Referees, both are British nationals, one is a registered accountant and the other is an associate director. Both know me for over 3 years and both are family friends. Is that ok for both to be family friends?
Do I need to provide anything further in terms of the documents?
2- I received a speeding ticket in Jan 2021. I was offered a speed awareness course which I took and paid the fee of the course. I wasn't asked to pay any further penalties and it didn't go to court. Do I need to disclose this?
3- Do I need to disclose the parking tickets which you get for parking on a double yellow line or for parking during prohibited times?
4- Any other information that I need to disclose?

I received ILR (LR) in July 2019. My full-time employment history is from Oct 2015 to Jan 23 is 7 years and 4 Months if that matters.

I appreciate your help in this matter.

Many thanks

Do I need to provide anything further in terms of the documents? You will get the referee form for this while doing the application

3- Do I need to disclose the parking tickets which you get for parking on a double yellow line or for parking during prohibited times?
4- Any other information that I need to disclose? Fill the form as required, y
