2. He did not claim assyslum at all.

3. No claim.

4. No claim.

5. He is not working, but if will be able to get rights for work. he will work, because he is educated.

6. His age is 30 years old. he does not have any depedants here and back home. he does not know anyone here.

Please advice him, how he can apply for assyslum and what is the possibilites for him, and advice him what is best for him.

I'll just pick up on :-
5. He is not working, but if will be able to get rights for work. he will work, because he is educated.
But he is not allowed to work. And the Government is going to get very strict about illegal working. It is going to be the case that the employer of anyone working illegally is liable to be issued with a £2000 Fixed Penalty notice. You will appreciate that will apply the mind of employers! At the very least it will make employers thinking of employing illegal workers think very carefully about doing that.

Best advice to the person is to go back to his country. He will get no support in the UK.

He could think about claiming asylum in the UK, but because he did not claim that as soon as he could after arriving in the UK he will get no financial or accommodation support from the UK Government.
