help needed with employment question on the application for naturalisation

Hello,
I'm doing the application form for British Naturalisation. I'm unsure about some questions regarding my employment details. And in particular:

1. I'm unsure what to answer to the question, "What is your type of employment".

This is my job situation: 
I'm currently self-employed since the 20th of August 2022, but before that, I've been employed and self-employed at the same time since 2014.

Should I answer my current working status only, so only "Self-employed", or should I answer both "self-employed and employee"?

2. Not sure what to answer to the question "start date."
If I answer "Self-employed only" to the previous question, should the start date be the 20th of August 2022, when I finished my last employment job, or 2014 when I registered the self-employment business for the first time with HRMC?

Stick to the date you can provide documentation for should it be asked for.

Employment status is not a chief requirement for naturalisation.
