Marriage on a visitor visa

Hi all.

I am on tier 2 health and care visa. My partner currently has a 2 year visitor visa who is outside uk. Can we get married in the uk with his visitor visa or should he apply for marriage visitor visa??

p.s: we do not have intention of living in the uk after few months of our marriage. Leaving uk for good.
