Is it possible to avail of Transfer of Residence facility from UK to India whilst on an ILR?

Are you referring to this facility: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/transfer-of ... at-britain?
Relief from customs charges? Not really an immigration matter and only applicable to inbound.

I was wondering how it would affect my ILR if I do a transfer of residence.

But this seems to be available for moving to the UK from abroad not out of the UK. Perhaps you can explain with a bit more detail.
