Visitor Visa from India

QUESTION -- I have a different question on similar lines .. Me and my wife are British citizens. I am inviting my inlaw to the UK on a family visitor visa. When last time they came to the UK from India, during their trip they visited France and Sweden from the UK on two separate trips.

India to the UK
UK to France
France to the UK - Return trip from France
UK to Sweden
Sweden to the UK - Return trip from Sweden
UK to India

The question is - in the application form do we need to record this as three different trips to UK i.e.

Trip 1 ----
India to the UK
UK to France
---------

Trip 2 --------
France to the UK - Return trip from France
UK to Sweden
---------------

Trip 3 --------
Sweden to the UK - Return trip from Sweden
UK to India
----------------

Or we should mention it as just one trip i.e.

India to the UK and
UK to India return ??

Would really appreciate any help on this matter.

Every time they entered the UK is a trip to the UK. It's recorded separately on the HO database, hence the multiple entry stamps.

Use the entry stamps as your guide.
