Administrative review querry

Hello all,

I am in the UK and will be applying for me extension of hsmp under tier 1 (general) soon. In case the application is refused, does anyone know if I can request administrative review?

The tier 1 guidelines say that people who are already in the UK cannot request it. But when i called home office up the advisor couldnt give me definite information.

Please comment. Thanks.

In-country applicants do not have the option of administrative review available to them. Read the guidance notes.
